Through 1973 - 1982 a worldwide operation with over 1000 machines installed world wide.

Dallas US operation started to manage US demand for Lasertek lasers
Lasertek acquired by CILCO Inc.
In 1983
Mr. Viherkoski leaves Lasertek 1985, starts Lasermatic and focuses on surgical laser systems
PC controllable neurosurgical galvanometric laser scanner system
CooperVision acquires CILCO and Lasertek continues until 1988 after which Cooper-Vision stops the operation
Mr. Viherkoski buys back the rights for Lasertek brand name. Approx 2000 systems installed world wide under Lasertek brand name
Lasermatic produces an innovative combined CO2/Nd:YAG-laser for surgical applications
Lasertek ophthalmic lasers were produced on the side
A new lasertek model 25A argon laser launched 1994, but technology had changed with smaller and more efficient lasers coming out
Operation lasted from 1985 until 1996
From 1996 a distributing operation in Finland
The idea of a scanning multispot laser has existed with Mr. Viherkoski since the 1980s
In 2004 Dual Laser participated in a government technology program called FinnWell 2004
